Changing Culture - Transforming Learning
This training session is about two words ...... ‘Awareness' and ‘Responsibility'.
First, developing ‘awareness' of all adults about the criteria for good teaching and learning. Second, promoting ‘responsibility' for personal development regarding the quality of teaching in each class. The programme will seek to create a whole school consensus as to what good teaching looks like based on ‘values' and current research on learning.
