Emotional Intelligence for All

This training programme has been specifically designed for all members of a whole school team. Most research would now argue that I.Q. takes second stage to emotional intelligence in determining outstanding job performance. Schools within the U.K. have begun to look at E.Q. as an important part of the ‘taught’ curriculum, however, can we ever hope for our young learners to develop in emotional intelligence if the adults within the school are not demonstrating emotional intelligence themselves.
