There is a general consensus that it is the quality of leadership that has the single most significant impact on the effectiveness of any school organisation. However, largely due to the nature of the job, school leaders spend the majority of time in management and reacting to everyday situations. ES4S have designed a range of leadership programmes that focus on the essential aspects of effective leadership for the 21st century. These programmes have been created specifically for Head Teachers, Deputy Heads, Assistant Heads, Senior Leaders and Aspiring leaders and address current and future trends in education, including:

Rising with the Tide
(A 6 day leadership programme for leadership teams)
This programme has been specifically designed for individual or clusters of leadership teams. Leading into the Future is an enquiry-based professional development programme and consists of six one-day themes, each focusing on essential aspects of leadership in the 21st century
